The 3 Mahayogs

Dharamayog

Righteous, sacred living

Dharamayog is the yog of righteous, sacred living — the framing current that turns ordinary acts into worship. Where Naam illuminates and Karma executes, Dharama consecrates.

Principles

Everything can be made sacred

A meal, a boundary, a bedtime, an invoice — held with the right inner posture, each becomes an act of alignment with Paramatma. Nothing in a life is too small to consecrate.

The body is a temple, the enterprise a trust

Dharamayog re-frames ownership as stewardship: the body, the business, the talents are held in trust, maintained with reverence, used in service.

Righteous boundaries protect the sacred

Saying no to the misaligned is a devotional act. Dharamayog builds the walls inside which the new identity can grow undisturbed.

How Dharamayog fuels each evolution stage

Habit

At Habit stage, Dharamayog is a pause — ten seconds of gratitude before eating, a screen put away before sleep.

Routine

At Routine stage it becomes structure — wind-downs, boundaries, weekly stewardship reviews.

Ritual

At Ritual stage life itself turns liturgical — meals as prasad, sleep as surrender, work as offering, all explicitly connected to Paramatma.

Across the four quadrants

Tan — Health

Body-as-temple: hydration blessed, meals honoured, rest surrendered.

Man — Business

Sacred exchange: service rituals, harmonious systems, money held as Paramatma's circulation.

Man — Career, Talents & Skills

The workspace as temple, focus as consecrated time, teaching as transmission.

Jeevatma — Soul

Altar practice, satsang, surrender — the ground where all consecration is learned.
